I chose this soap today for it's feminity and pretty color.  It's simple, but simply perfect might be a better way to put it as this is what people think of when they think of the classic lavender soap.  It's lavender in color, lavender in scent.  That makes it a no brainer.  You can't go wrong with a simply perfect lavender soap.

Besides the natural look of this soap, something that I really like about it is the texture. I love when a soap makes me want to grab it. That is why I decided to feature this one today. Some times it's how creamy and smooth it looks and some times it's the roughness or raw look of a soap that draws me in.

It's just like a tart...you see one and you want to eat it. Well a soap should make you want to touch it and feel it. I hope you all enjoy this one for that feature.

Well obviously when deciding to create this blog to feature all the wonderful lavender handmade soaps from around the world I can't leave my own soap out of that. Today I am featuring my favorite soap. I developed this soap a little over a year ago and it is now one of my absolute favorites. I love it because it makes me feel so connected to nature. The colors, the smell, etc. just give me a feeling that is hard to put into words.

It's like taking a walk in the woods and then the smell of the woods stays with you all day long. I love that the scent stays on my skin and that I can take a shower in the morning and still smell the scent on me at night when I go to bed. I hope you all will take a look at this soap. It's also a great gift for anybody, especially during the fall season.
